General Social Media Contest Rules:

Entry time frames and conditions to be defined on a contest to contest basis.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize permitted, provided however that RSVP Food & Party Outlet reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value in its exclusive discretion. Selected Entrant is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prize.

If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Selected Entrant may be selected. Sponsor will not make multiple attempts to contact Selected Entrants.

No purchase is necessary to participate or win. To participate by mail, send an envelope containing a standard letter size paper with the Date of Entry, along with your name, address, zip code, phone number and email address. Only one entry per envelope will be recorded. Mail to RSVP Food & Party Outlet Stores / [Contest Name] / 2700 Gilchrist Road, Akron, Ohio 44305. Any written entry must be post-marked by the end date of the contest.

These official registration rules will be available on-line at www.rsvpfoodandparty.com.

Any late, lost, illegible, misdirected, or incorrect entries will not be eligible for this contest. You must be at least 18 years or older to participate.

All contest decisions made by RSVP Food & Party Outlet are final.
